Yes, I know it's been nearly a month since I've posted, but I really haven't had that much to say...until now. I'm on spring break and Shauna's coming home Saturday for her spring break. I'm so excited! That's not all! Shauna's going with me to the One Tree Hill tour on March 30th! She's coming home the night before and then I'm going to go back with her to Carbondale on March 31st and spend the weekend with her! I'm so happy! We'll have loads of fun! :) Originally, someone else was going to go with me to the tour, but they're not really a fan of the show and was going more as a favor to me, so I'm sure she'll be happy I'm letting her off the hook. Besides, it's Shauna and I that are the HUGE fans and it's only fair we both go together. Plus, she's never met anyone famous before, so this will be a cool experience. I believe I have reservations for the House of Blues @ 3:00, so we can hang out and stuff for a while, then get in line so we can get those wrist bands for the meet and greet. I'm not sure who are special guests are, but I hope it's someone cool.
School: I'm on spring break now, but when we get back we're passed the mid-semester point. My last day of class is May 4th and I couldn't be happier. I'm sick of school. I'm sick of doing my observations (more on that later) and I'm sick of doing homework/assignments/projects. I can't wait until I'm the teacher giving the assignments and immersing my students' heads in knowledge. I don't have my Thursday night class again until April 6th because of spring break (this week), two conferances, and the Easter holiday. So, I just have my Tuesday and Wednesday classes to deal with (I'm totally ditch my Wednesday night class for the OTH tour on the 30th though!). I have to do my microteaching lesson this Tuesday and I'm kind of nervous. I'm doing something with the interpreting the Constitution (and the 25th Amendment- Showing a clip of "24" too!), so I hope all goes well. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers that I don't completely mess up and make a fool of myself! ;)
Observations: Okay...so I'm kind of annoyed. I woke up extra early this morning (after only like 4 hours of sleep the night before) to get to my school early. So, I waited in the classroom he told me to meet him in for like 20 minutes! The bell rings...there's NO students. So, I'm like WTF?! I go back to the office and they page him. He's there...but he forgot about me. His students turned out had a surprise field trip and he was working in his yearbook office. So, he put me in another World History class. I only stayed first period because I was really tired. I came home and took a nap until 3pm. I'm still kind of annoyed cause now I'm like at 16 hours of observation and I need at least 30 and I can't observe at all next week because Tuesday I have a student teaching meeting downtown and Thursday, there is no school. Then the last week in March, they're on spring break. So, I'm going to have to do what I can the week of March 21st because I want to be at like 22 hours before April. I'm sick of observing. I really am. I just want to teach already.
Work- It's been pretty slow. I worked a couple days last week, but nothing so far this week because everything's been really screwed up. Monday they were off for Casmir Pulaski Day, Wednesday was a 2:05 dismissal, so they probably wouldn't need me. It looks like they called me today after I left for my non-observations, but they left no message. GRR. I'm hoping I get called tomorrow...then I can actually do some of my homework! :) I won't get much done with my sister home. I haven't seen her since January. I am schedule to work next Friday though. Although I can say, that I don't miss B&BW one bit! I may stop in there next week some time just to say hello and see what's on sale. I can use coupons now!

One Tree Hill- Well, what can I say? Dan's evil, Deb's guilty, and Chris really needs those guys from "Queer Eye" to give him a makeover. Haley also needs to wake the hell up, before she loses her husband forever. There hasn't been alot of spoilers for this show either, so I guess no news is good news at this point. Although, James and Chad were filming at a race track in Charlotte this week, so we've been joking that Nathan follows his new insta-dream of race car driving to forget about his painful ordeal with Haley. ;) Seriously though...can it be anymore obvious that Dan/Deb are behind this all? That Chris is a freaking plant? Please tell me it's obvious! I'm just SOOO surprised they are dragging this freaking thing out. Tyler's got one more episode I think and then he's gone, because on the tour he refers to his time on OTH in the past tense. Same thing for Bryan. Jake's gone soon too. I'm betting episode 19. He's only got 3 more episodes left on this contract. Anyway, both looking foward to and dreading the last 7 episodes of the season.
Gilmore Girls: The best ending of sweeps has to go to the L/L reunion. OMG...that was ONE HOT KISS. I am so happy they are back together. I hope they get married. I can see it. The show will probably go 2 more seasons after this one, so maybe it'll end with Lorelai pregnant with Luke's baby. Awww. :)
Alias: Has been VERY good lately. Last night's episode had me going WTF!!? What are Jack and Sloane up to? I don't know! And Vaughn's dad might be alive? CRAZY! This season has had a VERY season 1 feel to it. I think it's kind of cool, but I would love for some of the cliffhangers to come back. Maybe I'm just very spoiled by "24", but I'm not as surprised with this show anymore (last night was the exception).
24: It's great to have a show that never lets you down! MICHELLE IS BACK! I'm so happy. Poor Tony...he's miserable without her. Michelle is going to probably act like an uber bitch (come on...she's at Division now!), but Tony will break through that icy exterior. They still love each other and they BELONG together. It's only a matter of time before they are jumping each other in the bathroom. ;)
The OC: Just say NO to R/M and say YES to R/L. Damn Josh Schwartz. I'm writing an angry letter! ;)
Plugging: Bethany Joy Lenz's Official Site- Even if you don't watch the show, she's an AMAZING musician. One of her songs, "Songs in My Pockets" plays in the background of her site. She's awesome. Can't wait to see her live!
